The kitchen manager oversees the kitchen at Toomler from the start to the end of the shift. You begin with preparations for the evening and conclude with thorough cleaning and closing. You are responsible for maintaining an organized flow during the serving of both the dinner and drink menus, constantly managing quality and efficiency. Regarding hygiene and inventory management, the kitchen manager reports to the operations manager. You adhere to general HACCP rules and maintain detailed logbooks accordingly.

Toomler is the comedy club of the comedians from Comedytrain, the leading collective with members such as Daniël Arends, Peter Pannekoek, Theo Maassen, Roué Verveer, Sanne Wallis de Vries, Patrick Laureij, and many other talents. From Tuesday to Saturday, we organize stand-up comedy shows, where the lineup is never announced in advance. Toomler's venue has 140 seats where guests can enjoy a meal before the show and have drinks afterward.
