At Big Top Amsterdam we guide our artists in defining their authentic identity and celebrate their uniqueness - and we are looking for a Graphic Designer /Art Director to help us elevate our mission and our artists' stories through visuals. If you have previous experience in a similar role, preferably at a music company or creative agency, we want to hear from you! You'll collaborate with our team to develop and execute visual concepts that align with our artists's identities and the Big Top brand, design all kinds of creative assets like album covers and social media graphics and lead the art direction for our artist projects. Requirements include at least 2 years of experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and ability to work from our office in Amsterdam!

Big Top Amsterdam is a record label founded in 2016 by multi-platinum DJ and Producer Bakermat, also known as Lodewijk Fluttert, and his  business partner Bob van Wees. In over 12 years of career, Bakermat has paved the way for FeelGood Music as a genre. Throughout this journey, he felt a need for change within the music industry, both for himself and other artists that sought more from a label. With Big Top Amsterdam we created a home for FeelGood Music, founded on equal partnerships with our artists and tailor-made plans that celebrate individuality and artistic visions. Rather than chasing trends, we prioritize authenticity and embrace a long-term perspective for our partners.
