Driving creative concepts and flawless execution to enhance visual communications, elevate brand identity, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints, ultimately boosting campaign performance in the short term and strengthening brand perception for long-term success. This translates to: developing impactful visual campaign concepts and creative assets, focusing primarily on digital channels, but also extending to TV, OOH, and Print when necessary; enhancing and evolving our corporate design; working closely with UX/UI and our Product Design team; and collaborating with Copywriters, Videographers, and Content Creators. You should be a hands-on, creative thinker who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and can connect with anyone, and who masters Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma), with bonus points for experience in motion design (After Effects, Cinema 4D). You need proficiency in both English and German.
