PA / Office manager

We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to join our team to support our leadership throughout our activities. This role suits someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and thrives in a high-trust environment. You will be part of a small team, working hard but keeping things running smoothly.

You will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities and will have ongoing support from the wider team.

What you will be doing

·       Prepare briefing materials, agendas and presentations for meetings.

·       Assist the finance / compliance teams with administrative work.

·       Arrange events, meetings and travels.

·       Keep the Amsterdam office running with, suppliers, equipment and facilities.

·       Support onboarding logistics for new team members and organise team events.

What you will bring

·       3+ years of experience, ideally in financial or professional services.

·       Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.

·       Enjoy working in a small team and an international environment.

·       You are reliable, accurate, organised and communicative.

·       A proactive, hands-on attitude, you spot problems before they happen and fix them.
