What do I actually get for my money?
Your listing goes live on WKG, is shared on our Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp channels. The number of posts and listing duration depends on the plan. There is also a dashboard available, this will show your current and past job listings, the applicants and gives the opportunity to add new job listings.
How is this different from LinkedIn?
LinkedIn reaches everyone, resulting in large quantity, low quality applicants. WKG reaches creative professionals in the Netherlands who are actively looking, designers, editors, producers, marketers, this results in high quality applicants. Less noise, better fit, no recruiter spam.
Can I edit my listing after posting?
Yes, you can update your listing at any time while it's active. Description, requirements, salary, all editable from your dashboard.
Where can I see my applicants?
When creating a job listing, you will get a dashboard where you can see your listing(s) and applicants in a clean overview. You will also receive each application in your mailbox.
What if I don't get any applicants?
Our median time to first applicant is 6.7 days. If that's not happening for you, reach out and we'll review your listing and suggest improvements.
What happens when the listing expires?
Your listing is automatically closed. Before it expires, you will get an email to extend the listing.
Do you offer iDEAL, invoicing or post-payment?
Payment is upfront via iDEAL, card or via invoice with an optional PO number. We issue an invoice automatically after purchase also for iDEAL for your administration. Have different needs? Email us at hello@whoknowsginny.com.
