Digital Communications Specialist

Basshall Movement is hiring a Digital Communications Specialist (4 days/week) to boost the digital presence of our artists and labels, focusing on social media, website management, and CRM. If you have 2+ years experience in communications, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably in music or youth culture, we’d love to hear from you!

Basshall Movement is a vertically integrated music ecosystem spanning label, content, and live events, with 4M+ followers and 724M+ YouTube views. Basshall Records turns visual trends into global hits. Kybba’s How You Bad Suh positioned Basshall as a bridge between the Caribbean, South America, and Europe.

Location: Amsterdam

YOUR ROLE

• Ensuring our online communications for the Basshall Movement are consistent and impactful.

• Writing and designing inspiring content with a strong visual identity.

• Collaborating with artists, labels and agencies to deliver digital campaigns.

• Creating visuals in tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.

• Developing original short-form content (Reels, TikTok etc.).

• Analysing campaign results and data to enhance performance.

• Working with CRM systems for tagging, segmentation and automation.

• Managing mailing lists and newsletters via Cobrand.

• Coordinating user-generated content (UGC) and influencer collaborations.

• Creating content for newsletters, websites and social media.

• Website management: performing daily updates of news, tours, releases etc.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

• A deep understanding of the (dance) music and club culture landscape.

• At least two years of experience in communications, digital marketing or content creation, preferably within the music or youth culture sector.

• Knowledge of and affinity with communication technology and social media platforms.

• A strong sense of visual style and brand storytelling.

• A proactive attitude: you see opportunities and act on them.

• A true team player who gains energy from shared successes.
