Account Manager - Sport & Entertainment, Amsterdam
MSQ Sport + Entertainment Amsterdam is growing - fast. We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and help build one of Europe’s most exciting sport & entertainment agencies.

This is not a role where you disappear into a big machine. You’ll be working close to the leaders, close to clients and close to the work, helping shape how MSQ Sport + Entertainment shows up in the world. You’ll be based in our vibrant, buzzing Amsterdam city-center office, in a team that’s ambitious, collaborative and genuinely fun to be part of.
Right now, we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes entertainment and culture, but who also gets excited about the scale and opportunity that comes with working on big global sport brands.
Location: You'll be an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based, Dutch-speaking candidate who can also work confidently in English across our international client base.
What you'll be doing:
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact, culture-led campaigns across sport, entertainment and partnerships. You’ll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, helping turn great ideas into brilliantly executed work.
You will:
Support the day-to-day running of key client accounts, helping build strong, trusted relationships.
Work closely with Account Directors on campaign strategy and delivery.
Manage day-to-day communication with clients, partners, rightsholders, talent teams and agencies.
Coordinate the delivery of integrated campaigns across partnerships, digital, social, PR, content, experiential and sponsorship activations.
Work with creative, strategy and production teams to help bring ideas to life.
Track timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on schedule and on brief.
Support in client presentations, reports and performance updates.
Spot opportunities to add value for clients and support account growth.
Stay plugged into sport, entertainment, culture and emerging platforms to bring fresh thinking into the work.

What you'll bring to the table:
2–5 years’ experience in account management, partnerships, marketing, PR, or integrated campaigns.
A genuine passion for entertainment, culture and sport.
Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns across content, social, PR, partnerships or experiences.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Fluent written and spoken English; Dutch is preferred
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Someone who wants to grow, learn fast and be part of building something new.
