We’re building an agency at the intersection of sport, entertainment and culture -creating work that doesn’t just show up but actually breaks through. 

 

We’re looking for a Live Lead to join our team - someone who can take full ownership of large-scale live projects and bring them to life from start to finish. 

 

This is a role for someone who thrives in detail but never loses sight of the bigger picture. Someone who knows how to navigate complexity, lead teams, and deliver standout experiences under pressure. 

 

You’ll be at the centre of the action - working across partnerships, talent, production and creative teams to deliver work that lives in culture.

The role 

As Live Lead, you’ll own the planning and delivery of major live experiences, events and activations across sport and entertainment. 

 

You will: 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale live projects -from initial scoping through to execution and wrap 

  • Translate creative ideas into feasible, high-quality production plans 

  • Own timelines, budgets, production schedules and resource planning 

  • Manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders -including clients, partners, talent teams, rightsholders and suppliers 

  • Lead production teams on the ground, ensuring smooth delivery under pressure 

  • Anticipate risks and proactively solve challenges before they escalate 

  • Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget 

  • Oversee technical production, logistics, build, rehearsals and show moments 

  • Work closely with account, strategy and creative teams to ensure alignment from idea through to execution 

  • Support post-event wrap, reporting and learnings

Commercial & operational awareness 

  • Strong control of budgets, scopes and financials

  • Experienced in managing complex logistics and multiple workstreams

  • Understands how live experiences show up in culture 

  • Passion for sport, entertainment, music, creators and fandom 

  • Knows what makes an experience land - not just function

What we’re looking for 

  • 6+ years’ experience in live production, events, experiential or partnerships 

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex live projects 

  • Strong stakeholder management across clients, partners and suppliers 

  • Experience working across integrated campaigns (not just standalone events) 

  • Confident leading teams and owning delivery under pressure 

  • Strong budgeting and operational management skills 

  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus) 

  • Available for at least 6-months (with potential to extend)
