We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team - someone who can take ownership of key accounts, drive projects forward, and help shape both the work and the team around them.
This is a role for someone who’s ready to step up. You’ll be leading day-to-day client relationships, driving campaign delivery, and working closely with strategy and creative to bring ambitious ideas to life.

The role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of key client accounts and oversee the delivery of high-impact, culture-led campaigns across sport and entertainment.
You will:
Act as the key day-to-day lead on client accounts, building strong and trusted relationships
Lead communication with clients, partners, rightsholders and agencies
Drive the development and delivery of integrated campaigns across partnerships, social, PR, content and live experiences
Work closely with strategy and creative teams to shape briefs and bring ideas to life
Provide clear strategic input, helping ensure work is both culturally relevant and commercially effective
Oversee timelines, budgets and scopes, ensuring projects run smoothly and profitably
Identify opportunities for organic growth within accounts
Prepare and lead client presentations, reports and performance updates
Mentor and support Account Managers and Executives, helping them grow and develop
Bring fresh thinking, cultural insight and energy into both the work and client conversations

What we’re looking for
4–6 years’ experience in account management, partnerships, PR or integrated marketing
Experience leading multi-channel campaigns across content, social, PR, partnerships or experiences
Strong client management and stakeholder skills
Confident working across strategy, creative and production teams
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus)
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Someone who wants to step up and take ownership
