Senior Designer

As a Senior Designer at Revelane, you’ll shape visual identities and assets that look great and work well for our clients in the B2B mid-market: practical, scalable, and purposeful. You’ll work across a mix of topics: brand, web, decks, campaigns, and anything that benefits from strong visual thinking. You enjoy switching between different types of work and bringing a fresh perspective each time.

You like collaborating with a driven, ambitious multidisciplinary team, spotting where design can elevate an idea, and turning complex topics into simple, well-crafted visuals. Ultimately, your mission is to create design that inspires people and helps teams move forward.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects from first sketch to final delivery, and setting the standard for visual quality

• Turn ideas into clear visuals, whether it’s a concept, a narrative, a system, or a full visual identity

• Create visual languages, layouts, and components that feel modern, intentional, and built to last

• Explore trends, new design movements, and bring fresh inspiration into your work and the team

• Use AI tools as part of your process, for faster exploration, smarter iteration, and scalable output

• Build and maintain design libraries, templates, and workflows that make good work easier to produce

• Work closely with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team (growth, marketing, sales, GtM)

• Present ideas and design decisions with clarity, walking others through your thinking and intent

• Give constructive feedback and help other designers grow, simply by sharing how you think and work

• Adapt quickly when projects shift by bringing structure & creativity to a fast-moving environment
