→ Stay ahead of trends — not just react to them
→ Build the kind of community where people talk about how a brand makes them feel
What you bring:
→ A portfolio or just your TikTok — show us what you've made
→ An instinct for hooks, pacing, and what makes people watch till the end
→ You understand the difference between going viral and building something
→ Based in or around Amsterdam (or willing to be)
