Triple C Amsterdam B.V. is looking for an Operations & Business Coordinator in Amsterdam • Part-time
Posted 19 aug 2026 • Applications closed on 7 sep 2026
As Operations & Business Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Triple C and XYZ Studios. You’ll make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes and act as a point of contact for clients, bookings, events, partners and our team.
It’s a diverse role within a small team, which means you’ll get plenty of responsibility, independence and room to make the role your own.
What you’ll do
You’ll handle incoming enquiries and bookings, client communication, quotes and invoices, and keep our calendars and administration organised and up to date.
You’ll support the preparation and coordination of shoots, events and other productions, communicate with clients, partners and suppliers, and help make sure our spaces are ready and everything runs smoothly.
No two days are quite the same. One moment you might be responding to a studio or event enquiry, the next you’re preparing a quote, coordinating with a supplier or getting everything ready for an upcoming production.
Bring your ideas
This role isn’t just about keeping things running. We want you to help us move things forward too.
There’s plenty of room to bring your own ideas to the table, develop new concepts, events and initiatives for Triple C and take an active role in bringing them to life.
We love people who see opportunities, take initiative and enjoy turning an idea into something real.
Who we’re looking for
3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in operations, production, events, studios or a similar fast-paced environment
HBO-level thinking and working skills
You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
You keep an overview, switch easily between different tasks and take ownership.
You’re hands-on, detail-oriented, communicative and feel at home in a fast-moving and sometimes unpredictable environment.
You’re comfortable communicating with different types of people, from photographers and creatives to brands, agencies, suppliers and event organisers.
Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken, is a must.
The position is for 32 hours / 4 days per week and is primarily based on-site at our spaces in Amsterdam Noord.
In short: a versatile role combining operations, coordination and creativity, with real responsibility and plenty of room to grow and contribute ideas and help shape what we do next.
Triple C is a 700m2 community driven creative space, based at NDSM in Amsterdam Noord. A place where creativity, culture, community and business come together under one roof.
From brand activations and fashion events to exhibitions, workshops, talks and community gatherings, no two weeks look quite the same. Alongside our event space, Triple C is home to a café/coworking space, making it a place to work, meet, create and connect.
At the heart of Triple C is a simple idea: creating experiences that bring people together and add something positive to their day. We believe in an open and inclusive space for people of all shades, backgrounds and disciplines, and approach what we do from the perspective of what we can bring and give, rather than what we can get.
Triple C is closely connected to XYZ Studios, our professional photo and production studios in Amsterdam Noord. XYZ Studios works with photographers, creatives, brands and agencies across fashion, advertising, e-commerce and content production.
Together, Triple C and XYZ Studios form a creative ecosystem spanning photography, production, events, culture and community. The Operations & Business Coordinator role works across both.
