Your Role
As part of the work.club Welcome Team, you bring energy, warmth, and connection to one (or more) of our locations, e.g. Staal-Kade & Club-Staal (which share a single address). You are the main point of contact for tenants, visitors, and partners. You ensure that every day runs smoothly and that everyone feels genuinely welcome.
Additionally, you will:
Help organize events and community activities that bring our spaces to life.
Support internal communications, such as newsletters and announcements.
Manage daily operations, ranging from meeting rooms to facilities.
Conduct tours, solve problems, and keep everything running flawlessly.
In short: you bring our buildings to life.
Who You Are

Familiar with Amsterdam or eager to discover the city.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

A gross monthly salary between €2,550 and €3,000 (based on full-time employment), depending on age, education, and experience.
The Details
Working hours vary between 08:00–16:30 and 09:30–18:00, depending on the day.
Available as both a part-time (min 16h) and full-time position.
