Lead Producer
10/10 is looking for a Lead Producer in Amsterdam • Full-time
Posted 15 sep 2025 • Applications closed on 3 okt 2025
About the job
Picture this: Three productions running simultaneously. Three different clients, three different directors, and three different pressures. The EP is out of town, growing our presence abroad. Two freelance producers need guidance on complex challenges. A new project brief just landed that could be our biggest moment yet.
Who keeps it all moving? Who ensures every frame gets the obsessive attention it deserves? Who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks when the stakes are highest? That's you. The Lead Producer who doesn't just manage, but orchestrates. You're the reason we can say yes to ambitious projects and still deliver work that becomes culturally referenced.
Your Mission
The Reality: While our EP chases the next big opportunity across Europe, you're the one making sure every current production becomes a masterpiece. You're part creative problem-solver, part logistics wizard, part team psychologist. When a shoot goes sideways in Amsterdam or a client changes their mind last-minute, you're the calm in the storm.
The Beautiful Chaos: Some weeks you'll have three productions running simultaneously across different countries. Other weeks might be quieter – not because we're struggling, but because we'd rather wait for the right project than compromise our standards.
Your Authority: You own the production board from brief to delivery. Chair the weekly production meetings that keep everyone aligned. Scale our freelance team up when opportunities explode, down when budgets require it. Most importantly: you're the guardian of our quality standards in a feast-or-famine creative world.
What You Own
Our Productions: Lead remarkable work from briefing to final delivery. Handle client relationships. Build teams. Manage budgets and timelines with precision. Ensure every project becomes a reference point.
Our (Freelance) Team: Be the central hub for all (freelance) producers. Chair weekly meetings. Filter questions and feedback to the EP. Onboard new talent. Ensure everyone works to our guidelines.
Capacity Management: Monitor production load across all projects. Scale the freelance team up or down as needed. Distribute incoming projects to the right producers. Spot conflicts before they become crises.
Standards & Process: Ensure our way of work gets applied consistently. Maintain overview of all active productions. Support producers with complex challenges. Improve our processes continuously.

But adventures need to pay rent too. Here's what we offer:
Gross monthly salary between €4,750–6000, reflecting our current growth phase and your experience

About 10/10
Average Is Our Enemy
Heart-pounding, reality-shifting, phone-tilting good. A 10/10 film shows you something in a way you have never seen before. Making that kind of film is not science. It is taste, obsession, and never-ending curation.
10/10 is a film studio representing a select roster of directors who are cultural arbiters first. We work with brands, agencies, and artists who know that exceptional film is the most powerful way to move people and shape culture. We have worked with Sony Music, PUMA, HOKA, and Air France KLM, among others.
Our Values:
Make It Remarkable: We create work that excites, grabs attention, moves people, and leaves a lasting impression. Visually. Emotionally. Culturally.
Competitive by Nature: We are driven by ambition. Not for the sake of competition, but because we care deeply about the outcome.
Play for Legacy: Legacy is not about ego. It is about making people feel seen, valued, and cared for, whether they are clients, collaborators, or crew.
