As a Customer Service & Operations Assistant at Artipoppe, you ensure an exceptional experience for our customers by providing excellent support and keeping operational processes running smoothly. You combine a service-oriented mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach to support our Customer Care and Operations team, helping to create a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable experience that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence and luxury.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Customer Service
Providing exceptional online customer service through excellent written communication;
Managing customer cases, providing support and information regarding products, stock availability, order inquiries, returns, exchanges, and shipping;
Handling hands-on order processing tasks such as preparing and packing international product shipments;
Maintaining close cooperation with our shipping department and partners (FedEx, DHL, PostNL);
Driving continuous improvement in internal processes.
Operations
Accurately and efficiently printing and processing shipping labels;
Packing products with care and attention to detail, ensuring a luxury unboxing experience for our customers;
Writing personalized gift cards to add a thoughtful finishing touch to orders;
Processing orders in our administrative systems with accuracy and precision;
Preparing orders for courier delivery, ensuring timely and smooth shipments.
Your qualifications:
Impeccable written and verbal command of English;
Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
Proactive and time management;
Attention to detail;
Hands-on mentality;
Experience in customer care is a pre;
Able to set the highest possible standards both for yourself as well as everything around you;
A passion for the customer and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
