Restaurants rely on phone calls for reservations, guest inquiries, and event bookings, but missed calls mean lost revenue. Bonnie ensures every call is answered, bookings are handled, and follow-ups happen automatically via WhatsApp. We work with individual restaurants and large groups and are expanding through resellers into new verticals.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team and help restaurants succeed with Bonnie. You’ll be hands-on from day one, supporting hospitality clients, implementing tools, solving real issues, and helping us build the road to self-serve.
You’ll work alongside a team of three CSMs, learn fast, and gain exposure to AI tooling, SaaS onboarding, product feedback, and client communication.
⚠️ We only offer one internship every six months, so this is a rare opportunity to make a real impact early in your career.
What you’ll be doing
Support onboarding — Help new customers get started with Bonnie and feel confident using the product.
Be the first point of contact — Assist restaurants and hospitality teams with questions, guidance, and troubleshooting.
Keep customers happy — Track incoming issues and help resolve them quickly with the team.
Work with product & engineering — Help spot bugs, track patterns, and flag opportunities for improvements.
Support self-serve rollout — Help build and manage ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and other tools that help us scale.
Implement AI tools — Use tools like ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate workflows and improve service.
Gather feedback — Listen to customer needs and share insights with the product team.
Use smart tools — You’ll work with Notion, Looker (BI), ticketing tools, and more.
