The Personal Brand Manager role is instrumental in making this happen. Responsibilities include working directly with clients on developing and rolling out personal brand strategies that drive results across channels.
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience as a communications/PR strategist, as well as a good understanding of what it takes to build founder and/or C-level executive profiles in today's media landscape. It's your job to fully immerse yourself in the business and profile of talented professionals to help take their vision to the next level.

You have a commercial mindset, solid organizational skills, strong personality, are precise and always put quality first. The Personal Brand Manager
Minimum of 7 years of experience working at management level in PR, Marketing, and/or (Brand) Communications
Strong journalist network (in B2B or B2C)
Excellent in client relationship management
Passionate about entrepreneurs with great stories to tell and the business landscape
Strong strategic insight and capacity to craft strong positioning strategies
Ability to conduct extensive research to identify client strengths and weaknesses, as well as market trends, opportunities and challenges
Strong writing skills and understanding of developing tone of voice guidelines
Apt in briefing creatives on visuals and other content
Well-versed in all ins and outs of PR, including crafting the overall vision, selecting appropriate outlets, developing content, ensuring consistent messaging, and tracking performance
Being a LinkedIn pro is a huge plus
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
