IT'S OKEY TO BE TIRED OF LOOKING FOR A JOB
Job hunting can be emotionally draining, especially when you're putting in the effort but aren't seeing the results you hoped for.

YES, JOB SEARCH FATIGUE IS A THING
Job searching isn't just scrolling through vacancies and sending your CV. It's researching companies, rewriting applications, preparing for interviews and waiting for replies that sometimes never come. When all that effort starts draining your energy, motivation and confidence, it can become job search fatigue. And no, it doesn't mean you're lazy or not trying hard enough.
THE SILENCE CAN BE LOUD
You apply, you wait, you check your inbox, and still nothing. Maybe you get a rejection. Maybe you hear absolutely nothing. After a while, it's easy to start questioning your skills or wondering if you're doing something wrong. Add financial pressure and the uncertainty of not knowing when you'll find something, and it's a lot to carry. Your frustration makes sense.
YOU'RE ALLOWED TO TAKE A BREAK
You don't have to spend every spare minute looking for work to prove you want it badly enough. Stepping away for an evening, a day or a little longer doesn't mean you've given up. Rest is part of taking care of yourself, and you deserve a life outside your job search, too. The vacancies will still be there tomorrow.
MAKE THE SEARCH WORK FOR YOU
You don't need to apply for every job you come across. Try setting aside specific times to search, focusing on roles that genuinely interest you and giving yourself permission to log off when you're done. Talk to someone who gets it, celebrate the small wins and remember that you can only control so much. You don't need to solve your entire career in one afternoon
